There are two methods of obtaining an update:
- You may contact the Help Desk at (317) 788-6145 or visit the Help Desk in KML 103 to request an update on your help request. Please have your ticket number for the best service.
- You may check the status yourself by visiting http://is.uindy.edu/herman. All of your open tickets will be shown. Tickets are updated by technicians working on the issue and are generally for internal use. Users will be e-mailed directly if more information is needed.
