Some users experience problems printing class lists or other items from UIndy Self-Service when using Firefox if the information is several pages in length. Often only one page of information will print.
To get all the information to print, please do the following:
- Go to the UIndy Self-Service screen that contains the information that you want to print.
- Click?Edit > Select All
- Click?File > Print
- When the print dialog box appears, choose to print the selected text by clicking Selection in the Print Range options on the left of the box.
- Choose the correct printer for your area.?
- Click OK.
The print out of the information should contain all of the UIndy Self-Service information displayed on the screen.
