No. Although you can download attachments from Zimbra Mini, you cannot attach a file to a message you compose in Zimbra Mini. If you wish to send an attachment with an e-mail message, you need to use the full version of Zimbra E-mail, available from the Zimbra E-mail icon in My UIndy (http://my.uindy.edu).
