Direct syncronization of e-mail, contact, and calendar
Devices capable of full syncronization of mail, contacts and calendar are ActiveSync compatible and include the Palm Treo, Palm Centro, Palm Pre, Nokia E-Series, Motorola Q, Samsung Blackjack (all Windows Mobile 5+ devices) and iPhones running firmware 2.0 or higher. For more details on supported devices, refer to the Zimbra Mobile device list located at the Zimbra website.? (Please note that we are not licensed to allow Blackberry devices to connect with full syncronization capabilities)
The information generally needed to connect your smart device to the UIndy Zimbra server for full syncronization are as follows:
- Server: zimbra.uindy.edu
- Username: your UIndy username
- Password: your UIndy password
- SSL must be enabled

IMAP connection to sync e-mail only
Zimbra is compatible with a wide range of devices that support connecting directly to an e-mail server to retrieve mail.? To set up access from your device please choose to set up an IMAP based connection and use the following information:
- Incoming server: imap.uindy.edu
- Outgoing server: smtp.uindy.edu
- Username: your UIndy username
- Password: your UIndy password?
